Moises and Vickie are the masterminds behind Casa Linda Mexican Restaurant. You can usually find Moises greeting customers and managing the front, or on the pickleball court. Vickie keeps things running, the most important gear in the system. She is the organization to his chaos.

They started Tio's Mexican restaurant many years ago, but eventually decided to sell to family and move on to other ventures, but never really away from the restaurant business as he used his restaurant expertise in commercial real estate, helping many businesses get into buildings where they could either start or grow their business. The itch got the best of him, and when the opportunity came up to start another restaurant, he couldn't pass it up. Thus, Casa Linda Mexican Restaurant was born.
